DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us by telephone or email within seven days of receipt. We will advise on how to proceed. Please have your order number to hand and keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Please do not return anything before contacting us. Returns will be examined on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund the cost, if no replacement can be given, including a postal refund.
Please contact us by phone or email before returning anything for any other reason. Please have your order number to hand. All requests for returns must reach us within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. Once agreed, return goods must reach us within a further 14 days. All items must be in sellable condition, and in the case of clothing, unworn and with the original tags still attached. These returns are at the sender’s expense.
EARRINGS & UNDERWEAR
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings & underwear, unless the goods are faulty or damaged in transit.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS & IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON REPLACEMENT / REFUND
Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is secure. Send the goods back to us by Royal Mail recorded/special delivery services if within the UK, or International Recorded if overseas. Returns will be examined on receipt: if the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any items that are specifically made to order for you. If a manufacturing fault it would be repaired under manufacturer warranty.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept return/exchanges for earrings unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Goods are not sent on approval: all orders accepted are taken as confirmed. Any customer order deposits are non refundable.
REFUNDS WILL BE MADE BY THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under Scottish law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
